DIE ANOTHER DAY | An In-Depth Review
It's not really as bad as its reputation would lead you to believe... Is it? Upon release in 2002 'Die Another Day' made a ton of money and had a lot of great buzz but that quickly took a turn and especially in the light of 2006's 'Casino Royale', 'Die Another Day' became a bit of a punching bag. I think that pariah status has been lifted somewhat in recent years with the film standing as something of a final (pending potential future films of course!) fling with the classic Bond movie formula and after a lot of Craig era subversion of that formula, that classic approach feels all the more precious to go back to... Kite-surfing-tsnuami-scene included!!
